Can I just sell my phone?
Absolutely. Your valuation comes first, then you can choose payment without an upgrade. Cash or bank transfer is arranged at the appointment after inspection and acceptance; bank processing times can vary. No payment is made by this website.
Where do you visit?
Free visits are within 30 minutes’ drive of 3132. The fee is A$30 for 31–60 minutes; longer trips need a quote first. We check the actual route and agree the fee before confirming. A preferred date is a request, not an automatically booked slot.
Are upgrades new phones?
No. Upgrade options are refurbished phones only. Each published unit shows its actual model, storage, colour, grade, measured battery health where recorded, unit photograph and warranty details. Availability is manually managed; eBay stock is not automatically synchronised.
What if my data takes longer to transfer?
We can offer up to 20 minutes of guided setup assistance, not a guaranteed completed transfer. If your old phone is still needed, it stays with you. For a longer transfer, the replacement is paid in full first and buyback payment follows later collection and acceptance. Apps, authenticators and SIM/eSIM services may need separate setup. You enter your own passwords.
Can the price change after inspection?
The online amount is an estimate, based on the details you provide and current dated prices. Selected assistance, collection costs and travel fees are reviewed before you send a request. If inspection changes the offer, we explain why and you can accept or decline. A request does not sell either phone.
What about locks or personal data?
We do not purchase phones with unresolved account or network locks. You must be able to access and remove your own Apple/Google account. Keep your old phone and accounts intact while a transfer still needs them; remove locks and reset only when your data is safe and handover is agreed. Never enter an account password or phone passcode in our forms.
